The primary purpose and goals of Tikes N Tiaras little learners is to prepare your child academically, socially, technically, and emotionally before they enter Kindergarten. We believe that early childhood should be a time of fun, warmth, security, exploration, and discovery. Children are creative and receptive; our program strives to nurture and encourage these qualities in our students; planned within the framework of philosophy and purpose. Our curriculum includes time for Reading Prep, Holiday and Birthday Celebrations, Shape and Color Recognition, Gross and Fine Motor Skills, Music, STEM, Field Trips, and Arts and Crafts.

The Owner
An avid lover of kids and natural caregiver, Aisha Ware is a highly qualified child caregiver dedicated to seeing kids excel. As the founder of Tikes N Tiaras, she focuses on providing a space for kids to be instructed, and parents receiving the benefit of standard growth and developmental learning practices. As a Certified Child Development Associate, Aisha is dedicated to assisting families by professionally guiding them through every child’s evolving learning phase, and process. She is recognized for assessing each child individually and delivers the right amount of care and support they need.
Aisha has worked in this field for over twenty years, offering streamlined guidance to improve the current child education system. Inspired by the need to meticulously groom children, she goes the extra mile to see that the needs of children are met promptly and with high standards.
Alongside her business degree, she is a versatile childcare professional, whose qualifications cut across some integral facets of the field including, Family Child Care Home Rules & Regulations, Health, Safety and Nutrition, Identifying and Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect, amongst others. Furthermore, Aisha is passionate about preparing children for their future endeavors in general. She helps parents to be patient with their children’s development, especially in the aspects of speech, potty training, how to manage behavior at home, providing literature on routines and schedules. Aisha embraces every opportunity to care for kids and share her profound love for them.
Her experience as a mother, parent, and businesswoman provides her with the essential resources and tools to work with kids and their families. Overall, she finds the most rewarding part of her work to be the joy and vitality children bring. Aisha is a gifted and enthusiastic childcare provider who is making tremendous positive impacts in her community. Beyond her professional career, she believes in enhancing the quality of childcare in her community through her childcare. Aisha feels blessed to be a childcare owner and grateful for every moment with your kids.
